Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Lead / Team Lead – Warehouse Operations, you will:
- Manage a team of 50+ employees in a 24×7 operational setup.
- Ensure timely receiving and validation of goods in the warehouse.
- Handle Goods Received Notes, put-away, and purchase returns.
- Manage inventory replenishment and Just-in-Time procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers for buying plans and timely deliveries.
- Oversee operational excellence and compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce / Warehouse Operations.
- Strong communication skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Familiarity with local language is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
