As a Telecalling Officer, you will be responsible for managing outbound collections calls to HDFC Bank’s existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis.

Discuss pending payments and due amounts.

Follow up to ensure timely payments.

Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
