Job Details:
- Designation: Process Associate / Analyst / SME
- Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
- Working Days: 5 Days (Fixed Saturday & Sunday off)
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
- Cab Facility: Available for both sides
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers: Any Graduate (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech are NOT eligible)
- Experienced (1-5 Years): Any Graduate with Email/Chat Support experience
- SME Role (4-6 Years): Experience in Ads-related queries, customer-facing roles, and account management.
Job Description:
- Manage client ad accounts, including campaign optimization, billing, and account support
- Analyze account information and provide actionable solutions
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Support on billing, payments, campaign optimization, and AdWords reporting
- Ensure compliance, manage escalations, and perform quality audits
