- End-to-end ownership of the billing process
- Monitor targets, SLAs, and compliance
- Lead a team of 30+ employees
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Serve as acting Team Leader when required
- Ensure strong communication and escalation procedures
- Train and assess team members regularly
🔹 Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in billing processes
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good communication and escalation handling
- Willingness to work night shifts (No rotational or regular shifts)
- Ready to work 5 days from office
