Capgemini hiring Any Graduate with 1 – 5 years experience for Financial Controller at Kolkata,West Bengal – Hybrid.Manage and track the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) along with operations and business leaders.Knowledge of IFRS 15 is mandatory in terms of revenue recognition.Provide proactive business analysis.Provide inputs to auditors regarding operations for Statutory, Hard close & Year end audits. Make sure that any queries are responded in a timely fashion.THOR management (booking based on required documents like contractual agreement, pricing tool, and de-booking based on defined approvals)Support business with any Adhoc requirement and reporting.Should be ready to work in night shifts only.

Job Description : Month End Close – Providing details and KPIs of the MU P&L during month end close.Month End Close Preparing and processing month end entries in GFS PA and GL.Forecasting Loading MU financial data into HFM.Forecasting Updating of SBU forecasting spreadsheets.Trio Cost Management Reporting and analysis of detailed trio costs for month end close, forecasting and budgeting.Trio Cost Management GFS trio project codes creation and maintenance.Budgets Loading of MU financial budget data into HFM.Team Player – Working with BU reporting resource to provided requested details during forecast, month end close and budgeting.Ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.Willing to work in US hours during forecast and close time frames.An analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.Strong Excel skills.Business Partnering with Operation and Delivery team. Accurate management and detailed understanding of monthly closing and forecasts for their portfolio, highlighting the financial impact of key risks and opportunities.Get well versed with the business and look for potential savings opportunity, Assessment of risk and opportunity associated with the accounts being highlighted & discussed with account delivery leads.Conduct a thorough variance analysis of Actual Vs. FC with appropriate comments and reasoning to help understand numbers better.Forecast review with business managers.Project follow up:Drive margin related discussions with the business managers,Budget/DVI Management,WIP/BIA Management,Invoicing and Cash collection,Manage the Intercompany Transactions.
