Associate – Email & Chat Support

Manage client ads accounts via email/chat

Understand digital advertising and campaign management

Support clients by resolving queries related to accounts and ads

Work in rotational shifts with fixed weekends off

Ensure smooth operational processes and timely completion of client requests
Lead – SME Role
-
Troubleshoot non-technical billing, account, and campaign optimization issues

Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams
-
Prepare daily performance reports and ensure team alignment

Prioritize tasks and support smooth daily operations
