👨‍💼 Job Role: Financial Analyst

• Experience: 0 to 2 years

• Shift: Fixed EMEA & Night Shifts

• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

• Management Level: Analyst

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inter-system reconciliation for transactions

• Handle document capture, KYC, and reference data processes

• Escalate unresolved issues and prepare internal/client reports

• Coordinate with clients, agents, and counterparties

• Work with financial life cycle products and investment banking data

✅ Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc, B.E, B.A, B.Tech – all specializations allowed with finance knowledge

• Not Eligible: CFA/CMA/CA/CS/MBA pursuing candidates

• Experience: Freshers and up to 2 years welcome

• Documents Required: All semester mark sheets + final passing certificate (hard copies)

• Mandatory: Double vaccinated, willing to sign 1-year training agreement

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of finance, capital markets, KYC/AML

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

  • Strong logical and analytical reasoning

  • MS Office proficiency

🕒 Shift Timings (Examples)

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

• 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
  (Fixed Night / EMEA Shifts | Male candidates must be comfortable with night shifts)

📍 Location & Travel Eligibility

Candidates must reside between:

• Central Line: Kurla – Ulhasnagar

• Harbour Line: Kurla – Panvel

• Western Line: Santacruz – Andheri

• Others: Relocation from areas like Taloja, Diva, Mumbra, Ulwe, Mira Road, etc., is allowed
