Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle non-technical queries related to billing, payment processing, account activation, campaign optimization, AdWords reporting, keyword management, and complaints such as fraud or account hijacking. Provide clear, actionable solutions to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Prepare and deliver daily performance reports, ensuring transparency and alignment on team goals and tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving problems and finding appropriate solutions
- Ensure the updates are cascaded to the team on a regular basis
- Manage complex escalations while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.
- Perform quality checks and audits to ensure that the processes are being followed correctly and meet the defined standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the team members, supervisors, and managers.
- Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Academic Background
- Any Graduate with good communication and problem-solving skills
- 4-6 years of experience dealing with Ads related queries in a customer facing roles.
