Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible to oversee the end to end AR accounting for Alternate Channel – Collection, Debit Notes, PQV. • Ensure Collections from all customers received are accounted timely. Follow up with the customers & highlight the open items in the Customer Accounts.
- • Timely Clearing of Collections against the open Invoices as per Payment advice received from customers • Ensure the Customer Debit Notes are tracked and accounted on a timely basis. Follow up with the customers & highlight the open items in the Customer Accounts.
- • Continuous Monitoring of Debtors Position and follow up on the Overdue Invoices with the customers. • Timely accounting of Debit Notes after Proper scrutiny and adherence to the SOP
