Order to Cash (OTC):
- Order Management, Processing & Validation
- Contract Setup & Billing
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Relationship Handling
- Controls Compliance and Issue Escalation
Billing & Collections:
- Accurate Billing and Collection Processes
- Cash Applications & Reconciliations
- SLA and Compliance Management
- Escalation Handling and Team Collaboration
Supply Chain Management (SCM):
- Purchase Order & Sales Order handling
- Coordination with internal/external teams
- Documentation & Escalation Management
Preferred Skills:
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in OTC, Billing, Collections, or SCM
- Excellent knowledge of Order Management, PO/SO cycles
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Willingness to work Night Shifts (No rotational shifts)
- Must be open to Work From Office (5 Days)
- Strong people & process management experience preferred
