💼 Job Summary:

🔹 Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via inbound/outbound calls.
- Deliver accurate service at optimal productivity levels.
- Ensure first-call resolution by developing domain and client knowledge.
- Meet SLAs like customer satisfaction, service level, and handle time.
- Handle calls, emails, and chat queries with high-quality standards.
- Document queries accurately and follow up where necessary.
- Proactively contribute to operational improvements.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 0–3 years (BPO experience preferred)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Technical Skills: Basic MS Office and computer proficiency
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts
🎓 Education Criteria:
- Eligible Degrees: B.Com, B.A, BBA, BHM, BCA, BSc (excluding B.Sc IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco. Hons.)
- MBA, BE, B.Tech graduates must have minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Full-time graduates only (No ongoing courses)
