Key Responsibilities – OTC Collections
- Collection of complex & high-profile accounts
- Ownership of aged receivables as per SLAs
- Implementation & removal of service stops
- Review of UMCC & on-account payments
- Identify potential write-offs
- Achieve monthly & quarterly debt and cash targets
- Execute dunning process and legal handovers
- Support process improvement & system enhancements
- New process implementation within teams
- Ensure compliance with defined collection strategies
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in OTC Collections (Mandatory)
- Finance background preferred (B.Com / MBA – Finance)
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Strong negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Customer-focused with SLA & target orientation
- Team player with leadership & people management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
