- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
- Strong knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) process
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Comfortable with work from office
Key Responsibilities – Record to Report
- Setup and maintenance of GL accounts
- Posting of Journal Entries
- Bank Reconciliations & Fixed Assets accounting
- Booking and reversal of accruals
- Bad debt provisioning and true-ups
- Period close reconciliations
- Clearing open items
- Preparation of cash flow forecasting reports
Key Skills Required
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Client-focused and detail-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros is an added advantage
