About the Role: Associate – International Voice Process
As an Associate, you will handle client support via voice-based interactions, resolving queries and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced US shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Deliver first-call resolution for provider queries
- Ensure positive and empathetic communication
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and ticket handling
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve process delivery
- Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and priorities
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Neutral accent with awareness of US culture
- Active listening and strong interpersonal skills
- Good typing and multitasking abilities
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (in any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in AR Calling or International Voice Support
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US Timings)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
