📝 Job Description – Property & Casualty Insurance (Back Office)
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals for our US/UK-based insurance processes. This is a back-end, non-voice role focused on end-to-end policy administration, claims handling, and compliance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage underwriting, endorsements, claims, and policy servicing in P&C insurance
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and underwriters
- Prepare and analyze insurance documents and reports
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Support audits and quality control functions
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty insurance
- Understanding of homeowners, auto, liability, or commercial property insurance
- Experience with US/UK insurance markets preferred
- Strong documentation, compliance, and back-office support skills
- Graduate in any discipline
