You’ll be working in a non-voice, email support process, helping resolve customer queries through professional and concise email communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email with professionalism and clarity

Validate order data and assist with order-to-cash (OTC) processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure adherence to compliance and customer service standards

Maintain internal databases and track order/payment information
