Job description
1. Contribute to the fulfillment of Branch/Bank objectives and goals.
2. Promotes and cross sell the banks products and services
3. Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and CASA account withdrawals
4.Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary
5. Balance cash drawer in accordance with Bank
6. procedures and regulations including periodic batching of cash checks Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying and distributing cash.
7. Reconcile cash drawer by tally cash transactions and counting and packaging currency and coins.
8. Turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to Branch manager Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
9. Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the Money Officer line.
10. May be responsible for bank opening and/or closing.
11. Comply with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
12. Assist customers in accessing for safety deposit Lockers Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.,
13. Maintaining customer traffic surveys and guiding for Digital Banking Comply with all Bank policies, procedures and regulations and other duties as assigned.
14. Auditing Money Officers’ currency
