💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end closing and reporting processes independently
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
- Reconcile financial data and support strategic planning presentations
- Work on senior executive reporting and ad-hoc management analysis
- Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data modeling and reports
- Support financial modeling, risk analysis, and business insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end FP&A support to global clients
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3–15 years in FP&A or core accounting
- Must-Have Skills:
✔ Strong in month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting
✔ Excellent in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
✔ Hands-on with management reporting & variance analysis
✔ Working knowledge of PeopleSoft (preferred)
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / BBA or any equivalent in Finance & Accounting
- Domain Bonus: Experience in hospitality finance is an added advantage
- Shift: US Shift (Night shift readiness required)
