🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle technical and customer support queries via voice and email

Troubleshoot moderate to complex hardware/software/application issues

Document issue details, severity, and resolution actions clearly
-
Escalate unresolved issues as per the SOP
-
Work in coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
✅ Eligibility Criteria
-
Experience: 1 – 4 Years in International BPO/Technical Support
-
Education: Any Graduate
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Comfortable working in 24×7 US shifts with rotational week-offs
-
Prior experience in international voice support or technical troubleshooting is a plus
