💼 Job Responsibilities
- Review & approve standard account setup requests
- Coordinate with compliance & finance teams for KYC checks
- Monitor SLAs & resolve discrepancies in account data
- Generate reports on account creation & turnaround times
- Support internal audits and update SOPs
- Handle credit reviews & account activations for linked accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Risk, Credit)
- Ensure compliance with KYC, PCI-DSS & regulatory standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior staff and train new joiners
⭐ Required Skills & Competencies
- Graduate in Finance / Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in SAP (FI, CRM, FSCM)
- Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data Module
- Experience in credit card systems & account setup workflows
- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools & MS Excel
- Excellent communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks & financial operations
