📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 OTC Account Activation & Setup:
- Review and approve standard account setup requests.
- Coordinate KYC checks with compliance and finance teams.
- Monitor SLAs for account creation & update accuracy.
- Provide documentation support for internal audits.
- Train new joiners on account setup processes.
- Track and generate account activation volume & turnaround reports.
- Implement minor process improvements as required.
📈 Advanced Responsibilities:
- Handle escalations for complex/high-risk account setup issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring setup errors.
- Enforce data governance and compliance standards (KYC, AML).
- Collaborate with IT, credit, compliance, and risk departments.
- Update and maintain SOPs.
- Coach and mentor junior staff on process knowledge.
💳 Credit Account Setup:
- Manage end-to-end credit card & linked account setups.
- Validate customer information across credit card systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, Credit Score checks).
- Resolve issues with SAP integrations and configurations.
- Support UAT, upgrades, and documentation for audits.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s in Finance/Business preferred)
