HCLTech is hiring Fresher Male Graduates (Non-BTech) for a Non-Technical Customer Support Role.

Shift: Night Shift (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service across email, chat, and social media platforms.

Quickly resolve customer queries and offer practical solutions.

Collaborate with your team to achieve operational goals.

Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Undergraduate Degree (except BTech/Technical degrees).

Experience: Freshers are welcome!

Skills: Good communication skills, customer-focused approach, ability to work in night shifts.
