Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to process guidelines

Maintain logs such as complaint trackers and escalation records

Uphold data security and protect proprietary customer information

Participate in team-building and motivation activities

Implement feedback from monitoring sessions to improve performance

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Except B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and Law graduates)

Experience: Freshers welcome (experience in UK inbound calling is a plus)
