🧾 Job Summary
The Mortgage Loan Processor will handle documentation for complex loan packages, ensuring compliance with US mortgage policies and lender guidelines. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Pre-Underwriting / File Setup, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Verify loan quality per US lender requirements and underwriting guidelines

Review and analyze borrower and third-party documentation

Set up loans for Underwriting (UW) while maintaining accuracy and compliance

Deliver superior customer service to internal and external clients

Interpret policies and analyze applicant and property details
-
Maintain detailed records and work efficiently in a paperless environment
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in US Residential Mortgage Origination (Pre-UW / File Setup)

Sound knowledge of income and asset verification guidelines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
