You’ll join a dynamic FP&A leadership team supporting global clients and will be directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and advanced financial reporting.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop & manage budgeting and forecasting templates

• Analyze financial performance & business drivers

• Perform variance analysis & provide actionable insights

• Create financial dashboards, KPI reports & management summaries

• Lead process transformation, automation & standardization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic financial planning

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / CMA (Inter or Final)

• Experience: 4 to 18 years in FP&A / Financial Reporting / Budgeting & Forecasting

• ERP Proficiency: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft

• Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Hyperion, TM1, Adaptive Planning, Alteryx (preferred)

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automation tools (Alteryx, JIRA, Blackline, Cadency)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with financial modeling & BI tools

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
