Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage the OTC collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
- Collection on past due invoices & invalid deductions on allocated portfolios via Email, phone calls etc.
- Actively call customers for open invoices, taking ownership of complete portfolio and highlight issue and challenges via agreed escalation matrix
- Sending reminder and follow up as per client aligned collection strategy
- Excellent communication abilities
- Having Knowledge on O2C
- Having experience in Invoice management, Order Management, Collections and Dispute Resolution
- Having experience in handling customer calls/O2C Helpdesk/emails
- Having good exposure on Helpdesk metrics
- Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows)
- Reconciliation between order entry sheet / CPQ and ERP
- Knowledge of OTC Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing
- Ensure customers receive the correct service / product and in a timely manner and the ability to solve problems that may arise during the fulfillment process
