📋 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries as per US process call flow
- Provide high-quality customer service and achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures
- Maintain accurate records via complaint tracker, escalation logs, etc.
- Ensure strict data confidentiality and security
- Participate in team engagement and training sessions

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and empathy towards customers
- Passionate about delivering high-quality support services
- Freshers with prior US calling or BPO internship experience are preferred
