- Provide Hardware/Software/Network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone/email/chat for Global Customers Extending L1/L2 support through ITIL processes ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center Maintains ownership of Incidents, ensuring status update and resolution according to SLAs Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Should be comfortable with rotational 24/7 shift timing
