📝 Job Description:
- Handle inbound sales calls from prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and explain suitable financial products
- Follow company scripts and CRM protocol for lead management
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all calls and leads
- Internship or previous experience in Sales/Marketing is a plus
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
- Experience: 6–12 months in inbound/outbound telesales preferred
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a target-based role
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
