Job Description/Skills Required
- Deep understanding of identifying list risks (all key categories) & compliance requirement at each institution; key activity
- Identifying the owner & ensure actions to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance. Prepares and maintains internal and external data gathering for risk analysis and reporting and including NBFC and RBI compliances.
- Co-coordinating regulatory inspections which includes data collection from various teams and timely submission to the Reserve Bank of India. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Assisting teams in interpreting regulations and providing compliance views. Help / support / educate/ train teams to ensure compliance on time,
- Good hands on experience in FEMA/RBI; GST ; TDS; Secretarial; Labor; land & Construction related compliance. Keep updated on various Circulars, notifications, guidelines etc.
- Filling required documents to government authority on timely manner.
- Interaction with required external agencies; Auditors; various Govt Departments.
- Working Knowledge & understanding of an Automated Compliance & Regulatory Management Tool / Software encompassing all relevant aspects such as Information / Data Capturing, Review, Monitoring, Reporting and Dashboarding.
