Job Description/Skills Required
Operations:
- End-to-end review & management of the work performed by the Junior executive / Executive team members
- Perform Receivables Ageing report with remarks
- 1st cut Review the MIS reports and audit schedules
- Ensure Inter Co. billing is done before intercompany closure timelines
- Review & Finalization of revenue accrual workings
- Timely circulation of SOA with customer and perform Reconciliation
- Support Audit query resolution along with team
- Closure of all the lower-complexity problems independently
Governance
- Review KPIs for the team
- Review teams performance and report to leads on work accomplishments, problems, progress in work processes, individuals and team needs
Process Improvements
- Ability to identify gap’s in the existing OTC processes
- Suggesting improvements to AR-AM Closing & Reporting, where opportunities exist
