Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- B.Com (Mandatory)
- M.Com (Preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely recording and processing of vendor invoices.
- Vendor invoice verification and approval.
- Processing employee travel and expense claims.
- Accounts Payable reconciliation.
- Preparation of payment proposals.
- Payment processing and execution.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Handle vendor queries and escalations.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in AP transactions.
