The company is looking for experienced finance professionals with 4–6 years of RTR experience to join its Finance & Accounting team. Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Com
- M.Com
- MBA / PGDM
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR).
- Strong exposure to Finance & Accounting processes, preferably RTR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days’ notice period are preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review journal entries.
- Review and validate accruals.
- Handle Fixed Assets accounting.
- Perform high-risk account reconciliations.
- Review and clear open accounting items.
- Reconcile bank accounts (excluding AP and AR bank accounts).
- Ensure timely communication of issues, risks, and status updates.
- Support month-end and financial closing activities.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle Applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros will be an added advantage.
