✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Accounts Payable (AP)
-
Review and process invoices with PO/Non-PO/GRN.
-
Resolve discrepancies and release payments.
-
Proficiency in invoice auditing, payment processing, and ERP systems like SAP/Navision.
🔹 Cash Applications
-
Post payments from lockboxes to customer accounts.
-
Investigate and resolve unidentified/unapplied cash receipts.
-
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
🔹 Collections
-
Contact clients for overdue payments via phone/email.
-
Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up accordingly.
👤 Candidate Profile
-
Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
-
Experience: 1+ year in Accounting (Mandatory)
