📝 Job Description – Responsibilities:
- Manage post-invoice order issues and customer queries via email/phone.
- Address order status, returns, refunds, and billing concerns.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and clients for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Update ERP systems with customer/order details.
- Track logistics updates and coordinate deliveries.
- Support SLA and KPI adherence with daily TAT and accuracy targets.
- Collaborate with training teams to enhance team capabilities.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate (except Law)
- 2–5 years in supply chain/order management
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in SAP/Oracle
- PG Diploma in SCM/Sourcing Management
- Experience in returns, freight, billing, vendor/carrier relations
