📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process annuity claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage MS Excel for data analysis and claim tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding claim status.
- Ensure all claims meet compliance and audit standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all claim activities.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to claimants.
- Support continuous process improvement and team objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports related to claims.
- Conduct in-depth claim verifications for authenticity.
- Stay informed on insurance regulations and industry practices.
