Shift: Flexible with the shifts
We are hiring for the role of Process Associate/ Process developer, Collections & customer service
Responsibilities:
Voice: (All graduates except law are eligible)
- Respond to customer queries and customers concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
Non-voice: (Only commerce graduates are eligible)
- Ability to comprehend complex information/data set
- Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good productivity
- Communication with onshore team for getting the resolutions on pending information
- Analyze and identify trends and raise for awareness.
- Maintaining high level of accuracy while performing work
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent. Freshers are eligible.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Required language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
