Position: Procurement Executive – Source to Pay (P2P)

Experience: 18 months to 7 years (Procurement background required)

Education: Any Graduate (except Law)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.

Handling Buy Desk operations including PR to PO, PO changes, match exceptions, purchasing approvals, etc.

Daily volume management and workflow reporting.

Coordination with internal/external stakeholders via email and MS Teams.
-
Identifying pain points in processes and recommending improvements.
✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Strong understanding of tactical procurement operations.

Proficient in MS Office tools.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
