Join Genpact’s high-performing Transaction Banking team, where you will manage and validate financial transactions, data entry, and policy processes with accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and validate data related to personal details, providers, and invoices

Identify duplicate claims and ensure error-free records
-
Analyze and interpret policy messages using tools like Support Point and Info Site

Process hospital contract details and refer cases to relevant departments
-
Detect overcharges, ineligible claims, and potential fraud cases
-
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution and documentation
🎯 Preferred Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment
