💼 Job Summary
As a Team Lead or Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15–25 members, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance adherence, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, performance management, and process improvement capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of 15–25 employees.

Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs for maximum customer satisfaction.

Minimize process errors and boost first-touch resolution.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance feedback.

Monitor attendance, validate timesheets, and ensure policy compliance.

Handle team escalations, schedule adherence, and staffing management.

Liaise with front-end users, management, and clients for seamless delivery.
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Healthcare RCM Operations preferred
