Create knowledge base articles for resolved queries
Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (Law/Diploma not eligible)

Technical graduates preferred (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science)

Good written & verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows OS
