Handle multimodal datasets: text, speech, audio, image & video

Ensure high-quality data labeling using Amazon’s proprietary tools

Maintain strict confidentiality on all customer and internal data

Execute daily operational deliverables across multiple task types

Identify and resolve process-level bottlenecks

Provide support for quality analysis and SOP improvements

Take ownership of floor-level support and internal clarifications

Make sound decisions even with limited or ambiguous data
