Genpact, a global leader in AI-powered business transformation and digital operations, is conducting a Walk-in Drive for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals at its Jaipur office. The company is hiring for Accounts Payable (AP), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) roles. Candidates with 2–7 years of experience and qualifications such as B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, or Qualified CA are invited to attend the interview.

Educational Qualification

Eligible candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• B.Com
• BBA/BMS
• MBA (Finance)
• M.Com
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Not Eligible: LLB and Diploma graduates.

Available Roles

Accounts Payable (AP)

Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices.
• Resolve invoice-related queries.
• Release invoices for payment processing.
• Perform three-way matching (PO, GRN & Invoice).
• Handle Non-PO and utility invoice processing.
• Invoice auditing and payment processing.
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or similar platforms.

Record to Report (R2R)

Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and consolidation.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements.
• Review and post month-end journal entries.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany accounting.
• Resolve balancing items.
• Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder coordination.

Order to Cash (O2C)

Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable operations.
• Post customer receipts (ACH, Wire Transfers, Cheques).
• Process credit and debit memos.
• Coordinate with collections and customers for remittance details.
• Resolve short payments and payment discrepancies.
• Manage customer portals and shared mailboxes.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, R2R, or O2C processes.
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Navision, or similar).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Team-oriented approach with attention to detail.
