Genpact is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for Insurance Underwriting roles in Hyderabad.
If you’re an MBA, M.Com, or MA fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, this is a great opportunity to begin or grow your career in a leading global organization!
🔹 Responsibilities
- Perform transaction processing for underwriting support teams
- Handle Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement & Renewal Processing
- Communicate effectively with the onsite team
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet targets within deadlines
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (Non-Tech stream only)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Minimum 6 months preferred in insurance domain)
- Shifts: US Shifts
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication in English (written & oral)
- Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Knowledge of Underwriting lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications like IIA, Cert CII, AINS, or CPCU
- Awareness of premium-bearing & non-premium endorsements
- Understanding of renewal & non-renewal processes

- 3 passport-size photographs
