Genpact is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for Insurance Underwriting roles in Hyderabad.
If you’re an MBA, M.Com, or MA fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, this is a great opportunity to begin or grow your career in a leading global organization!

🔹 Responsibilities

• Perform transaction processing for underwriting support teams
• Handle Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement & Renewal Processing
• Communicate effectively with the onsite team
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet targets within deadlines
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Non-Tech stream only)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Minimum 6 months preferred in insurance domain)
• Shifts: US Shifts
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication in English (written & oral)
  • Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Knowledge of Underwriting lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like IIA, Cert CII, AINS, or CPCU
• Awareness of premium-bearing & non-premium endorsements
• Understanding of renewal & non-renewal processes

🔹 Documents to Carry

• Original Aadhaar Card
• 3 copies of updated resume
• 3 passport-size photographs
