Tech Mahindra Noida is conducting a Mega Walk-In Interview for Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended Process) roles.
Immediate joiners preferred – 5 days working, 2 rotational shifts and offs.
Mode: Work from Office (No hybrid option)
Openings: 200+ positions
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service-related support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply)
- Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers Welcome)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Customer-first attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
