Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
- Review and process invoices, provide resolutions, and release invoices for payment.
- Understand basic Accounts Payable processes such as 3-way match, PO, NON PO, GRN.
- Experience in processing PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoices.
- Conduct invoice auditing and payment processing using SAP/Navision or other ERP systems.
Record to Report:
- Handle Month End Closing processes.
- Perform reconciliations (Key & Non-Key).
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba S4, HRC High Radius.
- Manage Standard & Recurring Journal Entries (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases) and Nonstandard Journal Entries.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Com/BBA graduates are eligible. MBA/PGDM candidates are welcome.
- Experience: Minimum of 18 months of relevant work experience is mandatory.
