About the role:
Responsible for resolving dispute related to wholesaler claims, validating and making payment basis their eligibility. To build and maintain efficient communication channels with our wholesalers and quickly resolve chargeback issues and provide analytical support to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Process Expert:
• Dispute resolution with wholesalers related to claim amount and eligibility while focusing on customer centricity. Ensure all claims are released and requests are closed within defined timelines
• Validate all resubmissions and deductions and provide resolution to Wholesalers o Keep abreast with new products / contracts and strategies in order to be prepared for future needs
• Work on 340B audits to ensure all payments made to 340B members are eligible o Update reverse wholesaler scorecards to ensure all issues are updated accurately o Ensure proper compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls; submit reports vital to audit tests.
• Business Partnering:Collaborate with Membership, Contracting, GP teams to review any chargeback-related issues.Partner with Wholesalers and lead regular calls with them and bring up issues proactively and maintain relationship with them
• Work closely with Accounts Receivables to address and provide resolution of open items o Provide inputs and support user testing for any new system upgrades and implementation
• Knowledge Management / Meeting Facilitation: Conduct meetings to achieve issue resolution within the department, with internal customers, wholesalers, and GPOs.
• Conduct training for new joiners in HY & EH to ensure smooth onboarding o Update all SOP documentation pertaining to exceptions, process, etc.
