Qualification: B.Com / BBA (Only Commerce Graduates)

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Accounts Receivable / OTC

Shifts: US Shift (Night Shift)

Mode: Work from Office only

📝 Job Responsibilities
-
Apply and reconcile customer payments against invoices
-
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
-
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on collections
-
Respond to customer inquiries on billing, disputes, and statements
-
Manage credit control and carrier/agency inquiry resolution
-
Support month-end closing processes and reporting
-
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
-
Validate and process credit/debit adjustments
🧠 Required Skills
-
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
-
Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
-
Prior experience in I2C/OTC/AR processes is a must
