Perform daily R2R operations while meeting SLA targets

Solve collection queries & collaborate with customers

Contribute to transformation projects and best practices

Implement and monitor accounting controls & processes

Assist with digital tools, diagnostics, and benchmarking

Provide insights on financial reporting, budgets, and cost control
