- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Cash Applications / Collections
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process and audit invoices (PO, non-PO, Utilities)
- Handle vendor communications, invoice exceptions
- Proficient in GRN, 3-Way Match, SAP/Navision
Record to Report:
- Manage Month-End Close
- Reconciliations (Key/Non-Key), Journal Entries (Standard/Non-standard)
- Hands-on with SAP / HANA Ariba / Blackline
Cash Applications / Collections:
- Post payments, resolve unapplied/unidentified receipts
- Contact customers for payment collection and follow-ups
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- UG: B.Com / BBA / BMS (Any Specialization)
- PG: M.Com / MBA / PGDM (Finance)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts
📋 Documents to Carry:
- 3 copies of updated Resume
- 3 Passport-size photographs
- Original Aadhar card + 2 photocopies
- Latest payslip (if applicable)
